Welcome to Bảng Chấm Công ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Application Features
Bảng Chấm Công helps users manage attendance records, working days, and salary calculations. Most user data is stored locally on the user's device.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their own data when necessary.
3. Premium Subscription
The Application may offer optional Premium subscriptions that provide access to additional features.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID Account Settings.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Application for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Application.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Application.
- Use the Application in a manner that may damage the service or other users.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled.
6. Disclaimer
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Application will operate without interruption or errors.
- Data loss will never occur.
- The Application will meet all user requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Application.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published through the Application or associated website.
Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
