Welcome to Mube. By downloading, installing, or using the Mube mobile application ("App") and any services provided by us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Mube is a media playback tool designed to play audio files stored locally on your device, stream audio from cloud network resources (such as SMB or WebDAV servers), and resolve streams from YouTube. Mube is a player only; we do not provide, host, or pre-license any music library content.

2. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Mube on compatible devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App without our express prior consent.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Mube may offer features that require purchasing or subscribing to Mube Premium. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment of all applicable fees. Our subscription rules comply fully with Apple App Store terms and guidelines:

Subscription Terms & Information

Subscription Options: Subscriptions are available on a recurring basis (e.g., Monthly and/or Annual billing cycles) as displayed inside the App prior to purchase.
Payment Billed: Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period as the original subscription unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be clearly identified.
Managing Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be managed by you (the user) and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your App Store/iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle; active subscription periods already paid for cannot be refunded.
Free Trial (if applicable): Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

4. Usage Policies and Third-Party API

Mube contains search and playback tools that interact with YouTube streams. When you use Mube to access third-party content (e.g. YouTube audio files, SMB/WebDAV streams), you agree to comply with their respective Terms of Service and local copyright laws. Mube does not claim ownership over online media files, nor are we responsible for their content, uptime, or license compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mube is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, including network connectivity failure or data loss from your personal SMB/WebDAV servers.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
