Welcome to Neon Draw Plus ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are firmly committed to protecting and respecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles your information when you use our mobile application on Apple iOS devices.

1. Summary of Core Principles

  • We do not collect personal identifying information (such as your name, email, address, or phone number) to use the drawing canvas.
  • Your artwork belongs 100% to you. All drawings created in Neon Draw Plus are rendered and stored locally on your device. We do not upload or store your drawings on any remote servers.
  • No account required: You can use all drawing features without registering or signing in.

2. Device Permissions We Request

Neon Draw Plus requests the following system permissions solely to deliver essential functionality:

  • Photo Library / Photos Access (NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription & NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription): This permission is required only when you tap the "Save to Photos" button to export your finished glowing artwork as a high-definition image to your device's Camera Roll. The App only writes the newly created drawing file and does not inspect, read, or upload your existing private photos.

3. Third-Party Services & Advertising

To support free access to our app, we utilize reputable third-party SDKs that may process anonymous device information in compliance with privacy regulations:

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC): Free users may be shown banner or interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect device identifiers (such as IDFA, if permitted by your Apple App Tracking Transparency settings), IP address, and general diagnostic metrics to deliver and measure ads. You can opt out of personalized tracking via your iOS Device Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
  • Apple In-App Purchases (StoreKit): If you purchase the optional Neon Draw PRO (Remove Ads) package, transaction processing is handled securely and directly by Apple Inc. We do not receive, process, or store your credit card or billing details.

4. Data Retention and Security

Since your drawings are kept strictly on your local device storage, your data remains as secure as your device. If you delete the app, your local unsaved canvas state will be deleted, while any drawings previously saved to your Photos library will remain in your Photos app.

5. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR Compliance)

Neon Draw Plus is a family-friendly creative application suitable for all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as GDPR in Europe or CCPA/CPRA in California), you have rights regarding your personal data. Because we do not store personal data or account profiles on external servers, you have full direct control over your data simply by managing your device settings or deleting saved images from your photo gallery.
