These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Neon Draw Plus mobile application ("App", "Service") provided for Apple iOS devices. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Neon Draw Plus on Apple-branded products that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Ownership of Your Artwork

You own 100% of the artwork you create. All sketches, doodles, and drawings created by you using Neon Draw Plus remain your sole intellectual property. We claim no ownership, copyright, or rights over your created artwork. You are free to export, print, publish, or share your artwork anywhere you wish.

3. In-App Purchases (Neon Draw PRO)

Neon Draw Plus offers an optional In-App Purchase: Neon Draw PRO (Remove Ads).

  • One-Time Purchase: Neon Draw PRO is a Non-Consumable product. You pay once for lifetime access to an ad-free experience across all your supported iOS devices associated with your Apple ID.
  • Billing & Payments: All purchases are processed securely through your Apple ID account and Apple StoreKit. Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the Apple App Store.
  • Restore Purchases: You can restore your previously purchased PRO status at any time by tapping the "Restore Purchases" button inside the App's upgrade screen.
  • Refunds: Refund requests are managed exclusively by Apple Inc. in accordance with Apple's App Store Refund Policy. To request a refund, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Except for user-created artwork, all aspects of the App, including but not limited to the software code, graphics, user interface design, icons, logos, brush shaders, and template designs, are the intellectual property of the developers and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the App.
  • Distribute, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App's code or assets without prior written consent.
  • Use the App in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Neon Draw Plus is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide a smooth, high-performance, and bug-free drawing experience, we do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every hardware configuration.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the developers of Neon Draw Plus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or artwork resulting from your access to or inability to use the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. If revisions are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
